judge allowed my appeal..

today i received letter from court in which judge not only allowed my appeal but also direct home office to payback my appeal fee

now next 7 days are very crucial.. i hope HO will not take this decision to upper tribunal..

wat was the reason of refusal and wen u do appeal?

reasons of refusal:
1) company report was not provided in appropriate format

2) email and landline number was missing in my client details

3) my name was not mentioned in contract

i filed my appeal on 29th april and got hearing date 12th of this month.

What argument ps u put against this or how u recover this problem.
