attributes statment time limit -- urgent query

Hi all,

refer to subject is there any specific requirment of time limit for attributes statment of 200k like policy guides about the maintainence funds to be in account of 90 days consecutive days.

why do ppl consider this forum as a free advisory service for a simple staright forward thing. this basic information is provided clearly in the policy guidelines. ppl shud read the guidelines first and then of there are any complicated scenarios they shud post it here to seek help or opinions. its dort of annoying and just shows that ppl are not that serious or dedicated about this project.

some times people are not confident so they want a second opinion from others. Whats harm in asking a two liner question , if some one is not intrested then can ignore it...

This is a very common jurgon and natural things for getting yourself confident by asking / gathering comments about your thinkings through the discssion threads/ in meetings.. or same is called the entreprenuial skills.. so relax or live if you dont like to ..

There is no such time limit..U can even show the bank statement of 1 day but make sure its £200k...U don't need to show 90 days for £200k...

For Maintenance funds --- > Yes u need to show consecutive 90 days statements and always maintain amount above £3100 ...Do not exceed it below £3100..

guys , I have two accounts , out of which one is having 190000 pounds which will be used for attributes and remaining 10000 pounds will be used from maintenance account having 20000 pounds from 90 days , hopefully it will serve the purpose ..plz advice

What i have uderstood from your message is that you have two accounts one for investment with 190,000 sterlings and other for maintenance with extra 10,000 sterlings and u will like to use the combinnation of two accounts for claming points of investment funds (200K)

Now in my opinion there is no problem because the investment funds can be in multiple accounts. you can join the 2 accounts and attach bank lettters of two account plus attach a working sheet showing that account # ------ has 190K and account #--------- has 10 K for investment and rest for maintenance.

But to make things simple i would recommend that you transfer the 10K from maintenance funds account and place it in the investment funds account to complete 200K.

Just to clarify that there is no requirement of 90 days minimum balance for investment funds therefore i think the safe route is to transfer the funds and make your case simple.
