PSW Dependent to Enterprenuer Dependent

Post by ahsanhoney123 » Wed Sep 18, 2013 1:44 am

Hi,

I am currently a dependent of a PSW visa holder since last year.

Her PSW Visa will expire in July 2014 and of course mine as well at the same time.

Now she want to apply Entrepreneur Visa in December 2013 and I will be her dependent.

I need to visit Pakistan in March 2014 for a couple of weeks, so don't want to take a chance that whether we will get our visa by then or not.

My question is that is it possible that she applies for her Entrepreneur visa and I apply my dependent visa after returning from Pakistan?

Will there be any immigration complications during my trip while returning back to UK? Her visa may still be with the Home Office while I am travelling.

Thanks in advance

There shouldnt be any issues as you will still have a valid visa by the time you return from Pakistan..

But you need to plan when you will apply for dependent as well.. since the visa processing is taking its own time..

If the main applicant visa isn't decided by July 2014, it might mean you will have to leave and apply back from pakistan.

(I dont think there is a way to apply for dependent after the main application visa application has been sent in, if there is ignore and have nice holiday )

Thanks.

Is there anyone who knows if dependent can apply while the main applicant's Tier 1 application is in process?

Ask them to consider your application after the main Tier 1 application has been decided.
