PSW to TIER 1 (Entrepreneur) dependent

hi,

I received my tier 1 (entrepreneur) visa recently now i want to apply for dependent visa for my wife. she was in her psw when we married. And she is on this visa still, so what are the procedures and paper works required for this application..
