Reason for Team Mate:
1. No landline number, email address on the contract.

And for me:
1. No landline number, email address on the contract.
2. Access to the fund.

Brief Story of my case:
The 50K fund was in team mate current account. Third party mandate letter was given from the bank where stated full access right to the account including my name. But the given letter hasn't got sufficient information as refusal letter said (i.e. amount of money etc.)

Hearing 9th Oct 2013: we opened a joint account and the money moved to that account and the invested money shown on an unaudited accountant reports including a cover letter.

Hearing was approximately an hour, we tried to establish evidential flexibility policy, cross questioned by HO rep. and the judge. Barrister submission was good and convincing.

I have not received any determination till today 06th Nov 2013, 20 working days has gone. I am worrying now where team mate won appeal and received appeal fee back today. please note his hearing was Hatton Cross and my one at Taylor House.

What can I do now?
Shall I contact tribunal services to know the status of my appeal?
Or what else option is open for me please.
