My Paper appeal dismissed

hello i gone for paper appeal against UKBA decision. 2day back i got a decision which says dismissed my appeal due to the reason of not submitting uni certs with initial application. that time my uni certs are not with me. so i got a letter from uni stating that i was awarded so and so on .... date.... without any query they refugee my application. i send all supported document including with uni certs for paper appeal. but i has been dismissed for the reason as i said. i have a chance for higher tribunal.

is it worth to go for appeal? is there any chance for me... to get visa.

please give your valuable suggestion ?

i am in confuse situation ..... do i go for higher tribunal or not?

@ haryharsan, you should have gone for an oral hearing to present your case as the refusal reason is just very silly.

You should appeal to the upper tribunal and also make necessary plan for fresh application should in case they also decide to be silly.

Did your solicitor advice you to go for paper appeal? You would have gone for an oral appeal. With that, your solicitor would have an opportunity to present your case better.

If you still have leave to remain and you have the funds, it will be better if you reapply.
