When will I get court decision

I need to travel bro emergency in family. Counting days on my fingers. I hope they don't delay it because of Xmas.

Then I don't know how long HO will take. I wish they can understand the pain of being genuine and stuck in their country.

Probably you get decision in 2 to 3 weeks time. But you can not travel on that decision only (if your appeal is allowed) unless you get your visa.
After winning appeal UKBA takes weeks or months in issuing a visa. I won my appeal in the first week of November and there is no news till today.
