Just wanted to know if it is possible to study full time on the mentioned visa?
Providing he is fulfilling all the other requirements, I mean register within 6 months also open company and be director and run the business as well.
If yes, will the university have any objection on the visa category before giving admission?
Actually one of my relative planning to come to the UK for studying pharmacy (overseas pharmacy course to become registered UK pharmacist).
Now the problem is, he can come on student visa and complete the degree, but he will have no visa hence no option to practice after degree to qualify for the registration and to get work permit is very hard.
One option we were thinking, is to get Ent. Visa now, start degree and afte completion of degree, he will still have more than one year left in which he can complete the training.
And in the meantime, when he come on here on Ent. Visa, he can make 10-20% partnership with some pharmacy (I can arrange that) and stay as director, so the pharmacy will be running business for the duration of his visa while he is studying and also working part time in the same pharmacy (in his own business), so it should cover immigration side as well. Also after completing degree, he can work full time in the same pharmacy to complete his training and legally he will be covered for the visa because he is looking after/ working for his own business (because we cannot do job on this visa).

Also if somebody have some better plan than this, please reply. The only concern is how to do full time training after degree.
