Appeal on 8th January but withdrawn today

Dear All
Finally my appeal has also been withdrawn by Home Office today which is basically schedule tomorrow 8th January 2014. Don't know either it is good for me or no. The reason of refusal was " No declaration has been provided by the third party concerned, to establish that these funds are being made available to you, as specified under Appendix A of the Immigration Rules."

I basically used the same templates exactly which can be found at the end of policy guidance. Even i appeared in interview on 15th April 2013 in Sheffield and explained in details of my business which deals Business consultancy and accounts.

My appeal was withdrawn on 19th September 2013
and since then no news. its over 3 n half months now.
