3rd party funding - overseas company account?

Hello all, I am a new member and I've found this forum is quite helpful.

My Uncle has given me 3rd party funding evidence, the funds are in his company account overseas (Nigeria). He owns the company and has given me a declaration on the company letter head.

1. Is this allowed by the HO?
2. Do I need to prove that my uncle's company is a venture capitalist firm in Nigeria?

This is urgent pls as I have to apply by Monday 10/02/14.
