Hi,

I got a refusal in total 3 reasons were stated.

I had submitted my llyods bank statement which confirmed 50 k plus maintanance funds however 50 k was transfered from back home by my uncle from his 3 different accounts. In this case do I need to submit 3rd party letter/declaration. I told HO that it was my own funds . pints scored under were 0 and only they gave me points for maintanance funds and english lanaguage.

Is there a way to tweek this ?

pls guide urgently.

Also can somebody inform me what I need to do to make a fresh application and change my category to student visa. Should I appeal first and then change my category or should I make a fresh appl under a diff category?

Hello mate,
Its bad luck for you. Unfortunately as above mentioned refusal they went in detail which they usually don't. I do not advice you for student visa If you still have funds in to your account in UK then reapply for entrepreneur. Get declaration from your uncle that it was your money came from one of Your sold land that should be more than enough as evidence. Again it depends on the case worker.

Hi,

I suggest you show trail of where the funds came from (Your uncle). Ask him to write a formal letter explaining how and where the funds where transferred, and reason for such transfer and indicating what the funds are to be used for and attached a bank statement if need be.

The issue with some case workers is their inability to go further in finding out how your funds came to be, your job then is to simplify the process by providing as much evidence as you can, such as your case indicates.

Reapplying might be your best bet as long as you can take care of the ground of refusal.
