Prospective applicants PSW route

As the number of prospective entrepreneur visa applicants in this category is decreasing by days, let the few of us remaining share our concerns before our visa runs out. Am planning to apply June/July as my visa expires October ending; i don't want to go for appeal, so that i can quickly switch back to student because of long residency break. My concerns:

1.Home office can stop this route (though,no indication to that yet)
2.Am yet to register a business as am still awaiting my partner to make up her mind
3.New immigration law proposes new maintenance fund, which i don't know yet. That means one needs to update the maintenance account.
