No right of appeal please help

Hi All, we applied as a team for ent visa and refused due to two reasons.

1.no names on adverts
2.no CAR

i have valid visa (12 April 4014)with no right of appeal and my friend has already applied for appeal (hearing date 19 june 2014). the problem is his appeal date is coming after my visa expires.

what should i do, if i apply on the same company with the same friend who is already in court so is there will be any problem.
our company is trading and we have some investment as well, while the 50K are still in our joint account.

please what options i have,,,,,,, thanks in advance
