Certificate of incorporation/Contract

Hi Guys,

Please provide as much information as possible if you got one.
I have got two questions
1. Does the Home Office accept a PDF certificate of incorporation printed off the computer ie an electronic copy which is printed off. Or Do they require a certificate issued directed by Company House i.e. paper certificate?
2. The application for tier 1 entrepreneur visa requires a contract? How do i get a contract for a company that has just been set and not trading? Anyone with any information can reply. if you have got a suggestion, That is welcome

1. you do not need to attach certificate of incorporation. Call company house pay 3 pounds and get director appointment report by post. Attach invoice of 3 pound with your application as well.
2. you cannot apply for this visa if your company is not trading meaning you need to have atleast one contract to apply.
