INVESTMENT

I applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa but got refused,decided go back home. But I have another opportunity to invest the while £50000 in a small security company but am confused and worried because I don't know if it is acceptable by UKBA. As I don't want to waste my time and money again . Any valuable contribution is welcome.
