Urgent help please

Post by gopi678 » Mon Jul 14, 2014 12:40 pm

I have applied for dependent visa, the main applicant who is my wife was rejected and her appeal is in august, i received a letter from ukba saying that i wont be able to make a appeal, my solicitor advised me to go for judicial review, i went for it and my visa is expiring soon and i havent received any document from my solicitor nor ukba saying that iam legally eligible to stay back till my wifes appeal.

but my solicitor is saying that my judicial riview is accepted and i can stay back till my wifes appeal.but he has not provided with any documents and when i ask him for documents he is saying that i will be provided with only receipt number. now the question is can i actually stay back till the appeal date?? and if i stay back with out any documents what should i do?? can i trust my solicitor by his words and i cant leave my wife all alone here in uk, Please help me with answers.

Thanks :(
