Hearing experience today urgent

Hi all

Today there was my hearing at wales.

I was refused on base of immigration history .

There were two points out that one point is clear cut in my favour so home office barrister did not touch that point.

For second suppkementary employment he put lot of question to me up and down

Like my salary
Timings
Tax
Job responsibility
Want to confuse me at one thing thing that you profession not included first aid which i have replied him very well .

The third point which was not under refusal reason

He only said that on Hm revenue shows no employment record

Which i replied that i got salary in cash , he said any evidence , cash go up and down than he said how you pay your morgage than i have savings and more over i have 200k still in my account.

We also put Article 8 which may be or may not as i am here from last 8 years and i have 4 year old daughter who have problem with development.

In the whole hearing my barriaster plays also good role to convine the judge that i worked under Home office rules.

But In whole hearing Judge didnot put me , homeoffice barrister and my barrister any question and at the end he said thanks to you coming here i will give the decision in writing with in two weeks thats onky words he used in whole hearing.
