Hi guys
My visa rejected in March this year and hearing on nov 17
Can experienced guys will share their experience on following points
1. What will b duration of appeal in court
2. In how many weeks I will get reply
3. What is the whole process of appeal in court
4. If I got refused what will be my options after that

I had appeal in august

First where is your appeal .

The duration is all depend upon the refusal reason and my one gone for appx 1hr.

2weeks

Be confident keep eye to eye contact with judge when you answer the question and if you can not understand any thing ask to repeat to avoid wrong answer . Keep you evidence statement and related documents in front of you so you can able to present if asked.

Be positive , do not worry . You have capability to win the world. GOD HELPS THOSE WHO CAN HELP THEM SELVES.

What ever is your mind please clear with your barrister which can helpful to you.
