Full Time Job A question to ask

Hi Folks,

One person is doing full time job in a company.8-2pm
Sometime he does the weekend job too..one day or two day.

Can i employ him for my business as 30/week as full time. 3-9pm some time one day at weekend

Will there be any issue with HMRC or Home office while applying for extension.

Please advise is it possible one person doing three jobs.Two full time and third @ weekend and can be OK for extension purpose.
