Querry in Accelerated ILR

Please pardon me if this question looks silly.

I am a bit confused on the Accelerated ILR,

Is it 10 employees + 5 million turnover

OR

10 employees or 5 million turnover

I have 10 employees but do not have 5 million turnover, I am due for my ILR/Extension in December 2015.

Please seniors enlighten me, the more I read the guidance the more confused I am.

Either 10 employees or 5 million any of them will make you eligible
