Documents for showing directors unsecured loan

Hi,

I got Tier 1 Ent. visa 1.5 years ago. I am investing 30,000 now as I have to hire someone and will be investing 20,000 more after couple of months when I hire second person. Can someone tell me what document do I have to keep to show these directors unsecured loans. Do I need to sign any document in front of solicitor for this? And I keep taking dividends regularly from the profit company makes. Does it mean I am creating problems for myself in visa?

Also if anyone in same situation as me or looking to hire people then please contact me. I have seen hiring people is not so easy job. I am trying since 6 months but I am not getting right people whom I can pay good salary and they can do good job for me.
