Applying as team one from the UK another from Tunisai

Hello
I have few question regarding Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa.


1. Can 2 people apply for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa as team however, my friend is the UK and I am in Tunisai.
Both of us has £100K each in different personal current account

it is not clear for me on
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) of the Points Based System – Policy Guidance

Could you please help
