Tier 1 Entrepreneur-Third Party Funding Guidance

Hi
I am in the process of applying in this category under the 200,000 route.
A third party is involved in the funding(175,000) of some of the funds required for this category.
Can you please advice what documents are necessary from the third party for the application please.
Are we looking at evidence from the third party as to where did they get the funds from?
