Tier 1 200k extension

Post by omercheema619 » Thu Feb 25, 2016 10:47 am

Hi
I am going to apply for Tier 1 Ent extension in couple of days, I have already invested £50K before my previous leave to remain( and everything was sent to HO in last application). So question really is
1- Do I have to show the accountant letter stating that I have already invested £50K? or only job creation letter would do the job?
2- I have put the employee rates on the letter as well along with total hours & rates etc as rates are not printe on payslips. My requirement is 3120 hours however I have 4600+ hours. Do I have to submit the job descriptions?
3- Is employee payment record (which is also called Employer's payment record) need to be submitted as I am only submitting the FPS/RTI and wmployee wages for whole duration.

Would appreciate a quick reponse as i am planning to submit the application tomorrow.

kind regards
Muhammad

If you invested your money previously and provided evidence in your initial grant, you do not need to prove it again. Based on current immigration rules, accountant's letter to confirm net increase in jobs is only required if you took over or joined a business.

You need to provide employee hourly rate in the table on the application form. There is no requirement to include job description
3- Is employee payment record (which is also called Employer's payment record) need to be submitted as I am only submitting the FPS/RTI and wmployee wages for whole duration.
Yes, You need to submit employee payment record (usually P11 deduct sheets) for all your employees

is it must to include the Employee payment record while in the Guidance it says as below:

Acceptable evidence includes printouts of

Employee Payment Records,

OR

‘Real Time’-Full Payment Submissions (either a series of individual monthly submissions, including the first submission or summaries),

OR

an original HMRC P45 or P46, which either together or individually show the total payments made to the settled workers, as well as the tax deducted and date which they started working for your business.

So i think if we submit just FPS and Salary slips, we should be fine as per requirements.

Please confirm.

Thanks

This is what Appendix A of immigration rules says about it:
evidence to show the applicant is reporting Pay As You Earn (PAYE ) income tax appropriately to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), such as printouts of Employee Payment Records, Real Time-Full Payment Submissions (either a series of individual monthly submissions including the first submission or summaries), or original HM Revenue & Customs P45 or P46, which either together or individually show the total payments made to the settled workers, as well as the tax deducted and date which they started work with the applicant’s business
I prefer to include all the evidence they mentioned (if possible) to avoid any trouble.
