No of Days to Apply after AR

Hi
I have searched the forum and from the findings it seems that we have 28 days to reapply after AR staying the same (refusal)
Just to confirm is it the case or the number of days go down to 14 if AR is refused.
Additionally, If someone has to apply after AR what hapens with documents do they arrive in time for reapplying?
It is all just for awareness my application is due feb17.

If you check the forum, some members who got refusal for AR got the documents back with in a week to 2 weeks. You will have 14 days after AR refusal.
However in your case you better start preparing the documents and try to make them ready till Jan 2017.

No it is 28 days from the date the AR results are served (2 business days after refusal usually)

No it is 28 days from the date the AR results are served (2 business days after refusal usually)

So28 days after receiving the AR decision(Response letter date I assume)?can't understand the 2 business days after?

I said when it is served which is two business days after the letter date !

I m assuming it is 28 days from the letter date to keep it simple in myself
Plus documents are returned within a week of AR refusal.
