Secure loan from Bank

Hi Gurus,

Is it allowed to take a secure loan from Bank, while separately investing (200k) in the business as DL?

i am not an expert but you must be very careful as mixing of Bank loan and Dl could be confusing for caseworker. Secondly this visa is about investing our money as Ho want injection into UK economy. i think you must be very careful as Visa is much more important than loan or extending business. :!:
