Dependent Application form Query

Hello Senior Members,

In the dependent application page 13, section F -
F1; Have you ever had a Home office reference number assigned to you?
F2; What is/are your Home office reference number(s)

My Spouse have got dependent visa outside UK and when we dropped the visa , we got Application Reference number GWF xxxxx . So , are both Application Reference Numb and Home office Reference are same ?
or only visas that are issued in UK will receive Home office reference numb in the correspondence letter ?

What can we select in F1 and fill in F2 , please let me know
