evidence your business created jobs

Post by luqmanzaheer » Wed Apr 12, 2017 2:32 pm

Hi , I am bit confuse about this section in guidance;

170. If you are self-employed you must employ the workers directly. If you are a director of
a business or member of a limited liability partnership you must show that your business
has created 2 new posts.

q: How we can show or evidence that business created these jobs?

kind regards

They are hired by your company and put on your company payroll

There is no such a thing as UKBA any more, it is UKVI which is part of Home Office. :!:
You need to send current appointment reports showing that you were/are the director of a company that made the hiring, plus the pay slips and RTI FPS reports from payroll software.
Self employed will register for PAYE under their own name but companies and partnerships register under their business names. No difference in payroll software, submissions or reporting.
