Dear Mr Dontworry;
This is employer's summary report, however, RTI reports produced from this software are fully acceptable
I used the same software for producing my RTI and Pay slips and other reports like p32,p11, p60 and p45. I had my extension straight forward

Karim90: I have concerns over your format of RTI and I suggest to consult with your accountant and change the format

Hi sheraz78,

Thanks for your reply, can I please see a sample of FPS so I can show it to my bookkeeper.
I have spoken to him few times, he sends me these ones. Now he is asking a simple one so he can produce it accordingly.

Many Thanks for your Help

Dear Member I am using the same software as you are using. There are 4 veriosns are using
1) Medium
2) Compact
3) Detailed
4) Extended

You can ask your accountant to provide you extended versions for all you FPS reports. In the extended version everything is clearly mention. All your employees hours, their total pay, hourly pay. Most of the people dont know about it if you search on google so you can easily see the format. I strongly recommend you to send FPS Extended Versions.

Also you can ask your accountant to provide you Employer's Pay Total (Extended Version) . Its issue at the end of finanial year for example Apr 2015 - Mar 2016. This will help you and the case worker to calculate total numbers of hours of each employee per calendar year.

What are your concerns about the format of my RTI? I believe the important thing is the information on RTI and format doesn't matter. I haven't seen any special format from guideline. Please guys correct me if I am wrong.

I saw the message "You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post" in the previous posts. I'd really like to refer to the examples here. Would anyone please advise me of how I could view the files? Appreciated and thanks very much. :)
