i got just one query if any one is 100% sure about that! my query is : if employee take one month paid holiday in one year , will that holiday month be considered towards working hours?

if two employees works 133 hours/month including one month holiday each in 12 months will be sufficient to full fill requirement ?

Your reply will be highly obliged..

Yes.

For job creation, hours are calculated by dividing actual salary paid (as per FPS) by the hourly rate in the Job table

A paid holiday must be treated just like a work day. Simple

Why do you need to calculate total hours - that is totally irrelevant.
If an employee works 133 hours in one month, then you have 1 month of FT employee - that's it.
If you have an employee between 1/1/2017 and 31/12/2017 who worked 133 hours per month, then you have met the requirement of 1 FT employee for 12 months.
