Evidence of registration within 6 months

Dear Gurus,

I know that we have to submit current appointment report (free one within 3 months before application) as an evidence to show the registration with Companies House within 6 months of entry to the UK.

Do we have to submit the certificate of incorporation in addition to CAR ? because it shows the registration within the 6 months as well.

About the current registration within 3 months prior to application, I have four businesses as below:

1-Business 1: Incorporated within 6 months of my entry and it is still working.
2-Business 2: Incorporated within 6 months of my entry and it is still working.
3-Business 3: Incorporated after the 1 year of my entry and it is still working.
4-Business 4: Incorporated after the 1 year of my entry and it is still working.

All businesses are active.
I invested more than 200k in business 1 and 2 , and I invested 150k in business 2 and 3.
In my CAR there are 4 appointments.
Should I submit 4 CAR to show all my registrations or just 2.
If I submit 2 CAR, do they ask about the other 2 appointments?

My previous question was different, it was about why they mentioned CAR many times in many places.
Please read my current question, it is about sending one, two or all my CAR as an evidence for current registration.

You need to submit CARs for all the businesses you are claiming points for. CAR is needed/useful both for investment and job creation evidence. Any company that you are not using for either does not need the CAR

IF they ask about the other 2 appointments, you answer any questions they ask - simple. Not sure what the doubt would be on that.
