Effect of director salary after extension

Hi there (Zimba and Marcnath)
I am following this forum since the last 1.5 years, although i am newly registerd. Due to valuable suggestions i was able to extend my visa successfully in March 2018.
During the initial period of Tier1 ENT (3 Year), i took minimum tax free wages every month.
I am planning to stop taking wages from my business. My question is
Can i do this not to withdraw a salary anymore?
If YES what kind of impression/effect will it be at the time of ILR application?
Or should i withdraw minimum tax free salary as usual

It should have no impact on your immigration application.
At ILR time, you need some evidence to show that you will not depend upon benefits once ILR is granted. But that does not have to be salaries - it can be your dependants salary, savings, money from someone else, etc. There are no clear definitions of what is needed and I don't think it is a critical one either.
