Which business address is valid proof of UK business premesis

I have recently got extension. My question is, at the time of initial application i used my Scottish residential address for UK based business premises. Provided CAR with the application. As soon as i received initial visa i moved to London and took office in London on rent. At the time of extension application following documents were submitted to prove UK based business premises.
CAR was showing Scottish address.
My business bank statement was showing London based address
Insurance documents also showing London based address
Lease agreement (3 Years) also showing London based
Website was showing registered address as Scotland based and service address as London based.
Marketing and advertising material were showing London address
I tried to change his Scottish address to English address but accountant says by law you can not change it. I also called to companies house customer services they also say that you can change Scottish address as many times as you can within Scotland but you can not make your Scottish registered address to English registered address.
AT TIME OF INTERVIEW,
question was asked about the UK based premises.
How many offices do you have at the moment? (Answer: only 1 that is London based)
Your CAR shows shows Scottish address. Are you still operating or using this address for business purpose?
(Answer: No, at the moment i am only running my business from London based address)
Why you did not change the Address (Answer: Explained the above situation---- highlighted).
Extension was granted after interview.
My question is
what is the best way to have all the business addresses same
What documents should be provided at the time of ILR application to show UK based business premesis as CAR will again show the Scottish address. I am not using that address anymore for the past 4 years.

This is not an immigration matter
You cannot change your company’s country of incorporation. If it’s registered in Scotland, it will always be a Scottish company, and your registered office must stay in Scotland. Registered office must remain in Scotland however other addresses can be changed

Companies Act restricts you.
Directors' address, Service address, Business addresses and Trading addresses can be changed to anywhere in the UK but not the registered address.

Just set up a new business in England with the same name, etc and merge the two or close the Scottish business.

Unless you have some complex shareholders, etc. this should be a simple matter and hardly costs anything either.
