TIER 1 VISA EXTENSION QUESTIONS

Hi All,

My Tier 1 visa is due for extension soon. I got the initial approval in July 2016 and commenced business in October 2016 with staff (A) who was with me till Nov 2017. The second staff (B) joined in December 2016 but left in March 2017. Then I got staff (C) in Sept.2017 but she also left in July 2018 due to high staff turnover in our industry.
I subsequently had 1 staff (D) that worked with me from June 2018 but who also left in August 2018 and now I have only one staff (E) that started from November 2018 and is still here with me.

Please my question is this Can I combine the first three staff to meet the 2 staff for 12 months job creation requirement? Because some people say I can only use the staff that are with me the last 12 months before applying for the extension?

Also I got my children's dependant visas in October 2016. Can I apply for my own extension in July 2019 and then apply for my children's own in November 2019 when their visa expire or I must apply for all the extension (mine and my childrens' together?

Please assist with these two questions.

You are expected to create two POSITIONS that last 12 months each. Employees come and go but a POSITION in your company must exist for 12 months and this does not need to be continuous. If your employees worked in different positions then you cannot combine their employment. If they worked in the same position (replacing each other) then it can count to 12 months and more.

Your dependant's visa can be renewed when it is about to expire
