Tier 1 extension

Hi, I want to confirm that i can apply for T1 Entrepreneur extension from outside the UK?
Main reason for doing so, is that it is likely to be quicker.

Is the date of the application, the date it is submitted and paid for online?

And lastly I wanted to check that the Applicant could remain in the UK until he has to travel to enrol his biometrics at a visa centre outside the UK.

Perhaps you can make your questions clearer as they are confusing.

You are allowed to extend your visa from outside of the UK.

Although you can extend while outside the UK - it will not speed up the process. The paperwork / documents still follow the same route for in country extension applications and you run the risk of leave expiry while overseas. I am assuming you are applying then returning to the UK tho.

There is no work around to speed Tier 1 Ent - the complexity of the cases and the amount of information to be considered takes time. If it is selected for a visit that adds to it too.
