nahmed wrote:Hi folks,
I had mostly been a silent member on this forum and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their valuable input.
We have some update on a T1E Team application so thought to share with you guys.
My brother & another family friend
Student to T1E both
£200K in my brother's account. Still in his account.
Applied together on 12th December just before the rule change.
Applications were sent in one envelope and 2 separate envelopes within with each one's separate docs/form etc.
Biometrics around mid Jan sometime for both separately.
Received the update letter around mid march like everyone else.
Monday 8th April, Other team member received Biometric card via courier.
Thursday 11th April, Documents were received back 2nd class recorded.
Strangely and unfortunately, nothing for my brother yet.
We are sh**ting why is this the case .
There could be 2 possibilities we can think of:
A) Both cases are being dealt with separately by different case workers.
B) My brother's application has been refused (God Forbid) and the reply takes longer as may be goes through a different channel.
Just on a separate note, their 1st application got refused once due to incorrect letter!
Lets c what happens. The killer WAIT!! is all we could do.
We update you guys once anymore info.
Any one of you applied as team within uk and received responses separately far apart??
The contract is about education consultant. I do mention the private tutoring on my website.dd156 wrote:Did your contract clearly state the services that you were providing?Annbaby wrote:I send a contract and the printout of company's website.therock wrote:@Annbaby: Did you send any other marketing materials such as Business Cards, printout of online advertising, newspapers etc?
Also, did you mention anything about private tutoring on your website or was only recruitment mentioned?
The contact is about education consultant service. I did mention the private tutor on my website, they have seen that. But they said "although you have provided a job title, Private Tutor, that is listed in Appendix J, the only evidence that you have submitted to demonstrate that you are active in that occupation as part of your business is the printout of your website. However, these printouts do not contain evidence that your main business activity is as Private Tutor as you are providing a recruitment and consultancy service, which is not in an occupation skilled to graduate level and therefore does not meet the requirements as listed."dd156 wrote:It's hard to say unless you provide detailed information (including answers to questions that I asked in my previous post).Annbaby wrote:Anyone who has any successful appeal experience? Can I provide additional documents? I have contacted the immigration barrister, and sent them my refusal letter, they said my application was very bad but I think they just want to charge me a lot, they said it will cost me £2,000-2,500 if they appeal for me. I don't want to spend the money on them. So anyone who has appealed by themselves successful?
Thanks!
Yes Annbaby I have same refusal the occupation you mention is on Appendix J IT Tech but your business is not NVQ level 4 or above. The refusal is on 4 pages this is the summary.. Hi, did you mean my whole business should be on NVQ level4 or above? I just checked their new list, that private tutor and education consultant are on NVQ level4, recruit manager is on NVQ level6.aziz1053 wrote:Yes Annbaby I have same refusal the occupation you mention is on Appendix J IT Tech but your business is not NVQ level 4 or above. Now waiting from Tribunal or Ukba to respond anyone know what's happen next. Where is my passport & documents ?
Hi Annbaby, I have done appeal on papers I'm not going court for hearing and I have just logged it will take some time for the outcome. As I can see or assume you have mentioned so many occupations when you appeal be specific like you are a private tutor planning to open a academy or tuition centre rather then be mentioning recruitment consultant education consultant - to the point[/quote]aziz1053 wrote:Hi, did you mean my whole business should be on NVQ level4 or above? When you were appealing at the court, did they ask you any questions? If they did, could you share? Thanks!
