hi basra

Thanks very much i hope same for u and all my friends on this forum. I rang my bank today to authorise some transaction and then they asked me about the change of address which i confirmed that i did my self and then i asked them about why they want to know which she told me because UKBA rang them to ask about originality of statements and some transactions on my account. Because the statement i had submitted in 14th AUG 20102 :( was issued at my old home address so i changed it in DEC 2013

Finger cross i m very nervous now specially after i heard abt UKBA . SO from tomorrow eyes at posty and hands on the PPhone :D

@Adi,
what is your suggestions regarding my case? what do you think UKBA will go to high court or try to settlement out of court? as you know deputy high court judge has been granted my JR application and written down my case is clearly arguable on my both grounds.........and secondly how long UKBA will take time to take decision as judge refused their 21 days extension time and order to must submit their answer with in 21 but 21 days expire on 13 January....
Secondly services not clearly mentioned in contract although services was mentioned clearly in the contract under separate heading.. what do you think its a big objection on application to refuse or not.....
Or its sort of delaying tact's to refuse those emigrants those are near to complete their 10 years in this country as my 9 year been completed just one year to go....Many thankx awaiting...

Hi
I think they just using delaying tactics. It's just they want applicants to get fed up and withdraw the application. I hope Ho realise their mistake and offer you out of court settlement

hello basra, since your case(services not clearly mentioned in the contract while its actually mentioned) is exactly the same as mine, I believe you will win it. and since I also need time till dec for 10 years, so they are just delaying.
well I am waiting to get a hearing date for first tribunal and solicitor believe that irrespective of the outcome of my case, 10 years will be completed anyway in courts.

HI
i thought you are in similar situation like basra thats why said AOS thing ( acknowledgement of Services) in which HO needs to explain and do the arguments that why did they refuse the applicant application

Good luck for the hearing

thanks adi,
my similarity with basra is that I got refused by the reason that services not clearly mentioned in the contract while its actually mentioned. secondly I need legal stay till dec2014 to complete 10 years which many suggests that I can complete irrespective of the appeal outcome through courts and JR

@ all

My solicitor contacted TS last week via letter and asked them about the reason why HO did not issued new decision as it has been over 8 weeks now. This friday my solicitor spoke to TS solicitor over the phone and made it clear to HO solicitor that we are sending letter to court because HO breech the consent order which we signed and HO insulted Queens bench mark division by not deciding my case within 4-5 weeks time period as agreed. HO solicitor said she will get back to us on monday as she wasn't sure her self why my case worker taking time as it is a very straight forward case.

pls pray for all
