LOST PASSPORT / EXCHANGED PASSPORT UKBA IS AMAZING

guys guess what i have recieved my psw refusal on friday after 9 months and ...
no documents came back

and

someone else's passport who is not even of my nationality..

now what should i do? i have booked my ticket as i need to travel urgently ukba have no clue where my passport is.. and i guess the guy whoose passport is with me is in the same pain as me...

reply urgent please

Call UKBA on 08706067766 and tell them your situation.
