Term Deposit - Maintenance

I intend to apply for the Post Study Work Visa from my home country. I have a term deposit for the amount (£2800+) for over a year. I also have a letter from my bank stating that this money is available at any time.

Would this be sufficient to cover the Maintenance Fund criteria.
