PSW refusal - maintenance fund problem - urgently need help

Hi everyone,

My PSW visa was refused because my submitted bank statement did not show I have enough 800P for 3 months.

The reason is that I applied in 7th Jan with the bank statement from 2nd Oct to 26th Dec thinking HO would count from 2nd Oct to 7th Jan (more than 3 months). They did not.

I am going to appeal now based on the fact that from 2nd Oct until now my bank account always have more than 1500P. I also have another saving account 2000P from 10th Sep to 2nd Oct but did not show because I thought the other account was enough. My January bank statement will show that from 2nd Oct to 7th Jan anyway I meet the maintenance requirement. That time if I waited for the January statement it would be printed in 26th (and come after 5 working days - 2nd Feb) while my visa ended in 31st Jan. So I only misunderstood about the evidence of maintenance requirement of the HO but I definitely met it.

Could anyone here please advise me? Is there any chance in my case and how to make the best appeal? I am going to appeal soon, only few days left.
