Does the home office send all your documents of appeal back

Does the home office send all your documents of appeal back

I was sent a notification of of the hearing date by tribunal and after i got all my application pack back from the office saying all relevant document have been prepared and forwarded to the AIT by the home office ,just asking from forum members is that normal from home office regarding PSW ? and if you lose your appeal can you re-appeal again ?

Yes that's the appeal bundle which the HO rep will be relying upon on the day of the appeal. You can always seek for re-consideration if you feel there has been an error in the judgement, at that stage I would say you should seek legal representation if you haven't got one. Good Luck.

but i have submitted my form indicating no representation but if for any reason i lose the case then i would get a legal representation or at this stage can i still try to get legal help ?

IF that does happen then you have 5 working days to appeal the decision and you can then appoint a legal rep to look into the reconsideration for you.
