Same day service processing times

Hi!

I applied for tier 1 psw (premium service) on the 26th of July. I received a letter stating they require most recent bank statements (I had originally send from 1st April to 15th July). So next day I posted the bank statements from 16th of July till the 27th.

It's been 2 weeks since and I haven't heard anything since. Has anyone else come across similar situation?
