Change of address - police registration - please help

Hi everyone,
I did police registration within 7 days of my arrival to UK, and I have 4 address change reported completely within 7 days. However because of my situation I forgot to report one of my addresses within 7 days and it was reported 4 months late. I have no warning on my police registration certificate. All my documents are prepared, I never overstayed just my problem is one address. Can I be in trouble for PSW visa? Please help , it's my life. Should I attach a cover letter and say I forgot? should I get a lawyer?please help.
