I hope someone would help with this issue.

My wife wants to apply for a dependant Tier 1 visa, but not sure whether she needs to show funds of £1600 or £533. It all depends if the main applicant has been present in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more.

What are the maximum days the main applicant is allowed to be outside the UK during these 12 months?

I was outside the UK for 50 consecutive days.

I really appreciate your help.
