Can I leave the UK more than 3 months after I have PSW visa?

Can I leave the UK more than 3 months after I have PSW visa?

Currently, I'm on the tier 1 application process and I did a biometric couple weeks ago. I'm wondering about leaving UK after I receive all documents back from UKBA. How long can I leave UK? Will my tier 1 cancel automatically? Thank you guys in advance for your advice

You can leave UK after you get your PSW, as long as you come back in good time the ECO should be fine i.e. if you come back with 2 months remaining on your PSW the ECO will give you a hard time and raise a few eyebrows.
