Hi everyone! i applied for CTC AND WTC at the end of april but i still didnot get decison.. I am on EEA2 my wife is on EEA1..in july they send me some form to fill it and attach some documents with before 8 of august and i send them all documents as per requirments.. But still i disnt get any answer... And secondly i tried 100 time to contact them on 0345 3003900 but i wait 2 hours and then they disconnect line.. So is there any other helpline no which is free and i can contact them to ask about my application??? And what do you think why they deley my application?? I am working on low wages and my wife is self employed working 20 hours per week.. Thanks

It's possible that your wife's self-employment is complicating the application. It depends on what evidence she submitted for earnings.
