hi Bilar,
My situation is some thing similar.
I have ILR status recently in December 2014.
My daughter she is Tier 2 dependant but born in UK.
I was just about to fill the child benefit form today but thought of looking into this forum and I found your case similar.
could you please let me know if i am eligible for child benefit?
