Claiming child benefit by eu national for non eu child

Hi ,

I am spainish national, my wife and daughter from India they have EEA family permit from India.my question
- can I claim child benefit, child and working tax credit for my non Eu daughter from India as she have EEA family permit in the uk.

- if I make a claim for child benefit, child and working tax credit will any make difference to EEA(FM) because soon we are going to apply residence card EEA(FM).

Yes you can claim in work benefits, that shouldn't make you an unreasonable burden on the state.
