7 year child got ILR (eligible for child benefit?)

Hi,
My seven years daughter got ILR in November 2023.Can she apply for child benefit?Me and my husband applied for FLR FP recently.

It is a parent that applies/claims foe the child, not minor children claiming.

If your brp says no recourse to public funds, then no, you cannot claim child benefit
