Hello,
I am switching my employer (from Tier 2 G to Tier 2 G) and have quite a confusing situation. The thing is that since the second month of my current employment they reduced my working hours as they had major cut of the department where they hired me. The story is quite long and its all linked with the investments that they didn't get which they wanted to put into the department development. So I was on reduced hours for the whole year which is clearly stated in the payslips and now have a CoS ready for the new employment.
My question is how should these reduced hours look like on payslips in a proper way ? Because what I have is only a string where it says that my monthly earning calculated based on a 70% of my monthly pay (reduction in hours is 30%) and I am bit not sure if its okay.
Another question - I remember before it was saying that I have to bring payslips for the last 6 months of the employment and now I read that I need to bring the payslips for the whole period of employment and I think I am missing a couple of them dated more then 6 month ago. If I replace them with a payslip on a company-headed paper, signed by a Key User or Finance Director - should they look exactly like normal payslip with all the taxes and deductions made ? Or it can be simple text letter confirming the pay made ?
One other question is that my new employers HR manager didn't add Jobcentre reference number to the certificate, but she said that will not be a problem as they going to give me an official letter with that ref number and put it to the contract as well. Do you think it can be a problem that Jobcentre reference number is missing on a certificate itself ?
Thanks so much for you help in advance !
